Eugene Lang Entrepreneurship Center: Columbia Community Business Program


The Columbia Community Business Program (CCBP) fosters the growth of businesses and nonprofit organizations in Upper Manhattan. The CCBP offers participants access to Columbia University resources from the Business, Law and Engineering Schools, as well as group and individual meetings featuring professionally facilitated peer learning. Twelve local business owners were accepted into the pilot group. The companies represent a range of industries, including education, food services, retail, real estate development, new media and transportation services. ADR Fellowship Program: Social Entrepreneurship & Cross-Culture Network


A summary of the 2009 ADR Fellowship Program The Edmond de Rothschild Foundations objective is to successfully facilitate the creation of a network of professional Fellows. This community will be made up of entrepreneurs with an interest in acquiring business tools and knowledge derived from humanities for sustainable social impactg. In addition, these Fellows will be committed to a shared purpose of using social entrepreneurship as a new bridge for cross-cultural communication.
